A district committee comprises of an all-volunteer citizen group created in 2012 to help bring research and ideas to capacity management issues in the district. The Certificate in Teaching and Learning (Step 1 of the MA in Teaching & Learning) is aimed at those who do not have a formal qualification in Teaching and Learning.

The Massachusetts Cultural Council presented this event, in partnership with the National Guild for Community Arts Education and the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. Studies show that the arts have a positive effect on student learning across the curriculum.
